Our client:
- High growth FMCG business who are currently dominating their rapidly growing category.
- New listings across the grocery channel have led to a role creation to manage some of their key retail partners across the UK and Ireland.
- They have grown over 150% YoY with huge ambitions to continue their success story across the UK.
- Now seeking a Category Manager to join their team and shape the future of an exciting and emerging category across their key retail partners.
The role:
- You will take full ownership for the category strategy and development plans for the business
- As Category Manager you will define and implement Category Growth drivers with both Internal and External Stakeholders
- Building category relationships with key retail partners
- Will use various data tools such as Kantar and Nielsen
- Cross functional collaboration will be key to success in this role - working with NPD, Sales and Marketing to support future growth initiatives based on Category Insights
- Developing and leading the strategic category vision
- Influencing Range Reviews & Category Performance Reviews
Ideal candidate:
- 4+ years FMCG experience in category management
- Can demonstrate a track record of success with retail customers
- May already be a Category Manager looking to move to a new and exciting category
