Our client:

• High growth FMCG business who are currently dominating their rapidly growing category.
• New listings across the grocery channel have led to a role creation to manage some of their key retail partners across the UK and Ireland.
• They have grown over 150% YoY with huge ambitions to continue their success story across the UK.
• Now seeking a Category Manager to join their team and shape the future of an exciting and emerging category across their key retail partners.

The role:

• You will take full ownership for the category strategy and development plans for the business
• As Category Manager you will define and implement Category Growth drivers with both Internal and External Stakeholders
• Building category relationships with key retail partners
• Will use various data tools such as Kantar and Nielsen
• Cross functional collaboration will be key to success in this role - working with NPD, Sales and Marketing to support future growth initiatives based on Category Insights
• Developing and leading the strategic category vision
• Influencing Range Reviews & Category Performance Reviews

Ideal candidate:

• 4+ years FMCG experience in category management
• Can demonstrate a track record of success with retail customers
• May already be a Category Manager looking to move to a new and exciting category
