Our client, a leading organisation in the Transportation sector, is currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team in London on an initial 6 month contract.

As Procurement Manager will be responsible and tasked with developing the procurement strategy to deal with maintenance and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a procurement strategy for civils maintenance and built environment projects
  • Leading the procurement process from strategy to activity execution
  • Completing tender documentation and advancing the procurement process to its conclusion
  • Managing pre-contract procurement, including areas such as lifts, escalators, and built environment systems
  • Delivering procurement for civils frameworks and structures maintenance
  • Progressing tenders through stages, managing clarifications, and handling evaluation and award processes
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in procurement within the public sector and transportation sector
  • Knowledge of procurement strategies for construction and civil assets
  • Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
  • Strong understanding of civils maintenance and built environment requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex tender processes and procurement documentation
