Your new companyYou will be working for a leading facilities management service provider with an annual turnover in excess of £20b. With a global procurement team exceeding 800 heads, you will be joining a global powerhouse with ambitious growth and transformation plans. Your new roleAs a member of the FM procurement team, you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to understand and deliver a variety of Hard FM service solutions. You will manage one direct report with a dotted line of 4 regional buyers. You will work closely with the Head of FM Procurement and Senior Category Manager to develop and implement category strategies to improve the service and cost-effectiveness of the Hard FM category. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have extensive knowledge of the FM category, with an in-depth understanding of Hard FM services. You should have experience working within a large matrix organisation and be able to effectively engage and influence both operational and head office stakeholders. You should have experience of managing and developing teams. You should be able to commit to weekly travel to client sites across Greater London to help understand client needs and deliver solutions. What you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive base salary of up to £80,000 alongside a discretionary annual bonus. You will also be able to work in a hybrid pattern with 2 to 3 days a week from home. You will be eligible for private medical insurance alongside other health and wellness benefits.
