Role overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our rapidly growing business! Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will play an important role in contributing towards daily logistics operations and partnering with the product development team to successfully launch innovative new menus.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised and adaptable team player, who is ready to take ownership of the role. You will be able to deal confidently with the fast pace of food retail and deliver to deadlines under pressure.

This role is based at our Copperfield Office in London 4 days a week with 1 day working from home on either Monday or Fridays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant queries efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update department databases to ensure accurate and organized information.
  • Oversee the recipe system (Fourth), including tasks such as creating recipes, setting up products, implementing price changes, and managing delists.
  • Collaborate with buyers and the product development team to develop new menus, ensuring adherence to specifications such as correct pack size, shelf life, and achievable minimum order quantities.
  • Communicate new menus to Franchisees and suppliers, facilitating smooth implementation.
  • Contribute to various department projects focusing on systems, sustainability, and logistics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business to ensure seamless integration and communication.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a comparable food service role, demonstrating expertise in the industry.
  • Proficient in using Excel with skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to handle numerical data accurately and efficiently.
  • Adaptable and embraces change, given the dynamic nature of our fast-moving business.
  • Willingness to monitor and respond to emails every other Saturday to address potential supply issues, with compensated time during the week.
