This team has moved from a decentralised to a centralised capacity. Therefore, a strong desire to promote procurement internally is needed for this role.Your new roleYou will be supporting the Market Data Procurement Manager in establishing the value of procurement, with a direct focus on Market Data. You will be conducting commercial and contractual negotiations with market data vendors, managing spend analysis and cost allocations and presenting your findings to senior management. You'll liaise with market data vendors to ensure ongoing market data compliance and effective market data licensing.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a strong background within market data with relevant experience - a good understanding of the market and vendors. You must have an innovative mindset in order to support the development of the entire procurement function.
