About the Role:
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, co-packers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and leverage market conditions.
- Support the COO in developing a procurement framework for chilled, ambient, and direct-to-consumer operations.
- Track supplier KPIs, mitigate risks, and oversee cost reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless product launches, efficient supply chains, and effective cost management.
- Stay ahead of market trends and proactively drive cost efficiencies while maintaining top-tier product quality.
About You:
- 5+ years of procurement experience in FMCG, with a solid understanding of the UK and EU markets.
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiation and strategic spend management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
