Order Management Analyst |London (hybrid working)| Consumer Industry| £45,000- £50,000 depending on experience.

The Opportunity:

This is a key role within the Supply Planning department for a rapidly growing consumer goods business. An exciting opportunity for an organised, well detailed individual with 3-5 years + experience in a supply chain/planning related role, looking to gain further experience across supply chain functions, with a goal of future development within a global business.

Job Description:

  • Own the Production Order Management book across all European territories for a portfolio of brands, ensuring required dates are met from the factories in-line with agreed SLA's.
  • Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders across issues within production and clarify prioritisation of escalations.
  • Analyse product and supply issues, proactively provide solutions in line with supply & procurement strategies.
  • Flag and escalate issues to key stakeholders across the global business for improvements and updates.
  • Work collaboratively with the Supply Planning Team and Asia Order Management Team to amend production orders as required to smooth out supply flows into the business based on changes to Demand signals.
  • Provide support and information to the Asia Order Management Team in line with business strategy and timelines.
  • Provide key metrics to the business Monthly S&OP meeting.

Previous work experience:

  • Previous experience in a supply chain related role is a must! (3 - 5+ years)
  • Ideally worked in consumer goods produced from Asia.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet targets under pressure.
  • Good level of Excel knowledge/Google sheets.
