Supply Chain Coordinator - London, Hybrid - 9 Month FTC - £35k - £37k

They are in search of an ambitious and process driven Supply Chain Coordinator with experience of managing an end-to-end FMCG supply chain process for their outbound operations.

What is expected of you?

  • Manage the end-to-end outbound retail/Grocery supply process from order through to delivery OTIF
  • Coordinate both automated (EDI) and manual order B2B processing for key retail customers
  • Oversee Inventory / Stock Management across a growing international supply chain
  • Provide accurate reporting & analytics on company wide stock position
  • Management of suppliers & Freight forwarders to ensure optimum performance
  • 3PL warehouse / Logistics management - monitor KPI / Performance levels
  • Responsible for supply data input, analysis and management
  • Resolve supplier issues, price discrepancies and ensure a positive working relationship
  • Stock replenishment, management & reconciliation

As a successful SME going through sustained growth, it is essential that the Supply Chain Coordinator is a hugely proactive individual who will lead from the front and provide the following experience -

  • 2 year's + Supply Chain experience within the FMCG / Retail sector
  • Experience of managing a supply chain process from order through to delivery
  • Passionate stock / inventory professional with strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with EDI platform for the setup of new product and customers
  • Experience of managing 3PL & Logistics providers.
  • Experience of working autonomously and able to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience of supplier performance management, cost management & reporting
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hugely proactive individual, able to think outside the box under pressure
  • Excellent number cruncher and solid experience with Excel & ERP systems
