Supply Chain Manager
- Supply chain systems manager who would be responsible for overseeing the implementation of "Unleashed" into our Xero finance packaging.
- Client specialises in designing, making and distributing luxury packaging for brands.
- Operating from offices in London, Hong Kong and China with factories globally. Client stores customers products in 4 locations which can be called off by the customer via a portal.
- Group owns 6 manufacturing sites
- As part of our growth strategy, Client works closely with clients on their supply chain, managing their inventory on an annual contracted basis.
- This requires an excellent inventory management system that can report the complex movement of goods to the varying trading entities the customers may have.

- We are recruiting for an individual who is experienced in implementing supply chain systems - in particular "unleashed" who can work with our business, ensuring that the data inputs are set-up correctly to generate the financial report(s) that the business needs. This would include reports such as sales and purchases summaries, COG %, P&L, balance sheets, order traceability and so on.

- Working with the Managing Director to design the system so that inventory is reported correctly (from a financial reporting POV) as it flows from factory, to shipping, to our warehouses and finally delivery to the customer
- Ensure the agreed reports generated from Unleashed and Xero are a) automated and b) accurate
- Oversee integrations from additional softwares such as shopify, hubspot and airtable
- Continually work with the finance, sales and production team to ensure processes are clear, efficient and data inputs are done correctly
