Description
- Manage the end to end production planning process our 4 co-packer sites
- Deliver industry leading customer supply service level and minimise product waste through proactive customer and supplier management.
- Manage phase in, phase out planning of product production as NPD SKUs launch and legacy SKUs are discontinued.
- Working closely with the Customer supply and commercial teams to align on customer demand forecasts for key volume events (range reviews, promotions, in store activation, etc).
- Support the Head of Planning in developing our medium- to long-term Capacity and Capability modelling to deliver our future growth and supply contingency.
- Manage packaging order planning to maintain sufficient stock levels against supplier lead times.
Profile
- Experience of forecasting & production planning: Minimum 6+ years of relevant, recent, experience in chilled FMCG planning & production across the UK & EU.
- Demonstrable strength in demand and production planning balancing supply and waste risk.
- Strong understanding of production order cycle.
- Strong data presentation skills, simplifying complex data sets and decision processes for wider business alignment.
- Understanding of cost mitigations in planning - MoQs, utilization, waste.
- Experience working with leading retailers forecasts and supplier portals.
- Strong data analytical skills, strong in excel and proficient in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).
- Effective communication and analytical skills with strong capability in excel.
- Experience working with SAP or SQL databases.
