Landlord & Tenant Surveyor - London

Role Overview:

As a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor, you will work closely with key stakeholders, providing expert advice on all aspects of landlord and tenant matters. This includes lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gearing, and restructuring. You will offer strategic solutions tailored to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct lease renewal negotiations for landlords and tenants.
- Advise on rent review negotiations, assessing market evidence and recommending rental values.
- Manage lease re-gearing and restructuring to maximize client value.
- Act as Expert Witness in Independent Expert, Arbitration, and PACT referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, legislation, and best practices in the landlord and tenant sector.

Requirements:

- MRICS qualification.
- Proven experience in landlord and tenant surveying with successful client outcomes.
- Experience in Lease Advisory.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting lease documentation and market data.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of Landlord & Tenant Legislation.
