One of London’s leading Independent Construction and Property Consultancies is looking to add a Senior Monitoring Surveyor to their busy London team. With a strong pipeline of work coming in from clients such as M&G, Aviva, Legal and General, as well as major banks, there is a need to add an experienced monitoring surveyor to help service the demand. This medium sized consultancy prides itself on a great workplace atmosphere and in rewarding performance and effort. You will be supported by the team, but also given a high level of autonomy and be required to be client-facing.
If you are a Monitoring Surveyor already, or have some experience, but would like to specialise further then this is a fantastic opportunity to join and excellent team and to be a key part of its growth and development.
Requirements:
- MRICS
- 1+ years fund Monitoring Experience
- Client-facing
- Degree in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying.
Salary:
- Up to £75,000
