Description
- Perform site measurements and condition surveys
- Manage and utilise software such as MS Project, Buildertrend, and ProCore
- Prepare and present reports on survey results
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure accurate project execution
- Monitor construction progress and perform quality checks
- Identify potential site issues and propose solutions
- Ensure site safety and compliance with industry regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Profile
A successful Site Surveyor should have:
- Proficiency in MS Project, Buildertrend, and ProCore
- Strong understanding of construction processes and property development

Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of £54,000 to £66,000, plus a bonus paid yearly in arrears
