A successful property business is seeking a Utilities and Council Tax Coordinator to join the team based in North London. Please note, this is an office-based role so you will be expected to be on-site 5 days per week.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient management of utility services across the property portfolio, ensuring that tenants receive efficient, consistent services and accurate billing. Liaising with internal teams, you will manage council tax claims and play a pivotal role in communicating between utility providers and tenants. You will assist with council tax applications, maintain utility accounts and facilitate the recovery of overpaid tax.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will have strong organisational skills coupled with a high-level of attention to detail. It is essential to have excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to engage with tenants, utility providers and internal teams. Prior experience in a similar position will be advantageous to your application but by no means necessary. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is a pre-requisite for this role.
