We’re looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of our clients email & SMS channels, crafting seamless and impactful communications that enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Email & SMS channels
- End-to-end management of campaign production, execution, reporting, and optimisation.
- Customer journey mapping
- Performance tracking & reporting
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with internal teams to create a seamless customer experience
- Ensure responsible handling of customer data in line with GDPR and best practices.
- Proven track record in CRM, engagement, and retention
- Experience using email distribution tools
- Self-sufficient in building automated workflows.
- Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and proofreading
- Understanding of GDPR and best practices for customer data management.
