A local government institution in London is seeking a Delivery Manager for a contract position due to an increase in workload.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a delivery manager on agile projects within the public sector.
The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to refine project vision and goals, along with experience in software delivery using modern technologies.
The contract offers a salary of £500 per day and is classified as inside IR35, with an initial duration of 3 months and the possibility of extension.
This is a hybrid role based in Central London, and experience in Property or Service Capital Programmes is preferred but not mandatory.

Method Resourcing have partnered with a local government institution in London, who are looking for a Delivery Manager to come on-board, due to a peak in workload.

Skills & Experience:

2 years or more experience as a delivery manager on agile projects delivering transformation in the public sector and the cultural changes required to achieve it.
Experience working closely with stakeholders, including executive stakeholders, to help refine project vision, goals and release themes.
Experience working with software delivery teams using modern technologies and practices, including a deep understanding of the Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live process.
Have demonstrable experience of working in a culture of continuous delivery and improvement. Can show evidence of creating a culture of innovation for delivery teams.
Excellent facilitation skills.
Experience on Property / Service Capital Programmes would be ideal, but not necessary.

Contract Details

£500 per day
Inside IR35
3 month contract initially, potential for extension
