* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand the organisation's identity and access management requirements.
* Ensure the project complies with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
* Identify and address potential risks related to user access, roles, and entitlements within the project plan.
* Customise SailPoint and other IGA tools to align with organisational needs, including role-based access control, policies, and certifications.
* Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems like HR, Active Directory, ERP systems, and cloud platforms during application onboarding/integration.
* Define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely project execution.
* Allocate necessary resources, including skilled personnel, software, and infrastructure, appropriately.
* Establish and enforce access control policies to grant appropriate access to users, adhering to principles like least privilege and separation of duties.
* Automate processes for user onboarding, role assignment, and de-provisioning to enhance efficiency and minimise human error.
* Automate and manage periodic access certification campaigns to ensure user access compliance with organisational policies.
* Oversee the configuration and maintenance of SailPoint to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations, system updates, and tool support.
