Finance Systems Manager, London

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a finance systems manager to work at a global, full-service law firm in London. Based within the finance systems team, the main purpose of this role will be to manage, maintain and develop the firm's finance systems. You will lead system upgrade projects and improve user experience through configuration and training. Main day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the practice management system and managing systems upgrades.
  • Monitoring system performance.
  • Managing user access and security.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to users.
  • Creating documentation and best practice procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Extracting data and designing reports.
  • Managing data migrations and integrations.
  • Assisting with compliance reporting and audit requirements.
  • Dealing with complex system requests and queries.

Main experience and skills required:

  • Excellent knowledge of Aderant and PowerBI.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SQL.
  • Project delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills.
