Global Service Delivery Manager - Asset Management - London
**Please note that my client does require experience of working in an Asset Managemenet or financial services client to be considered for this contract role**
The Global Service delivery manager (ITIL led) will provide support and delivery activities across Global Service Delivery ITSM processes, controls, KPIs, performance metrics and practices covering multiple geographical regions.
Support key functions across Technology to ensure the quality and standards are maintained to service the Business and Clients.
This position also involves a stakeholder facing role, and requires an established and productive relationship with Business partners and across IT partners.
The individual is able to show ownership of key initiatives to ensure expected outcomes are realised, this may entail running meetings with IT/Business Stakeholders from analytical reviews of sourced data.
Technical background required (Essential and along with industry experience in financial services)
- Data analysis - extracting from various sources and joining dots
- Visio
- Global Service delivery background (cross border and cross geography)
- PowerBI - integrate with data sources to automate
- Service Now/Fusion - various data sources
