Join Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) - a pioneering Special Health Authority driving digital transformation across NHS Wales. As a Lead Delivery Manager, you'll be at the forefront of major national digital programmes, making a real impact on healthcare accessibility and efficiency in Wales.

?? What You'll Do:

? Lead and deliver complex, high-risk digital projects with agility and expertise.

? Coach and mentor teams in Agile and Lean best practices.

? Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring smooth project execution.

? Identify and resolve blockers, optimise workflows, and drive continuous improvement.

? Oversee budgeting, supplier management, and resource planning.

?? What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience in delivery management of large-scale digital projects.

? Deep expertise in Agile & Lean methodologies (Professional Scrum Master certification desirable).

? Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

? Experience navigating complex, multi-disciplinary environments.

? Background in healthcare IT or public sector digital transformation is a plus.

Desirable Requirements:

? Fluency in Welsh is desirable (Levels 1-5).

? Understanding and knowledge of health service terminology and information requirements.

? Knowledge or awareness of DHCW and its role in supporting the NHS in Wales.

? Working knowledge of the NHS and national developments and policy initiatives.

? Membership of a professional organisation, such as Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, International Scrum Institute, or Agile Alliance.
