Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary consultant for MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and integrated applications.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, document them, and implement best practices.
  • Drive platform enhancements, and bug fixes, and manage system releases.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and user group sessions to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to enhance service delivery while ensuring business priorities are met.
  • Provide functional support to technology teams and end users.
  • Ensure security, governance, and access control across applications.
  • Conduct trend analysis to identify improvements and prevent recurring issues.
  • Work within the ITIL framework for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Support role working with D365 CRM/CS applications.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and other cloud-based CRM solutions.
  • Proficiency with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Solid experience with Office 365 productivity tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to regional offices as needed.
