- Act as the primary consultant for MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and integrated applications.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, document them, and implement best practices.
- Drive platform enhancements, and bug fixes, and manage system releases.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and user group sessions to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors to enhance service delivery while ensuring business priorities are met.
- Provide functional support to technology teams and end users.
- Ensure security, governance, and access control across applications.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify improvements and prevent recurring issues.
- Work within the ITIL framework for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Support role working with D365 CRM/CS applications.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and other cloud-based CRM solutions.
- Proficiency with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Solid experience with Office 365 productivity tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel to regional offices as needed.
