  • Manage projects with a variety of products, multi-projects at a time, project ownership from pre-sales through customer operations;
  • Liaise with internal/external clients, plans and oversees all the aspect of a project via calls or meetings, with a forecasting view to meet the project’s goals on time and within budget;
  • Manage all communications on the project, effectively with clients, engineers and partners at different levels;
  • Monitor the project in order to keep on track, provide status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, actions and dependencies throughout the life-cycle;
  • Provide and maintain projects related initiation documents;
  • Work creatively in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence;
  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to achieve project goals;
  • This role will require travels in different locations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of related working experience;
  • Be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks;
  • Keep focus on targets according to goals, innovative and solution-oriented, used to coping with complex situations;
  • Social competence, both in excellent written, verbal communication and team orientation;
  • In-depth knowledge of network, server, storage and cloud;
  • Experience in delivering datacenter, enterprise IT system, or system integration projects;
  • Ability to think from a customer viewpoint and provide a high level of service to internal clients; ability to address different audiences with the right level of complexity and refinement;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese;
  • Good documentation, presentation, organisation and time management skills.
