Our client seeks a Project Implementation Manager to lead a critical SaaS software implementation project within their international bank. This is an exciting 6-12 month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) opportunity, based onsite at their Moorgate office. With a salary of up to £80,000, this role offers the chance to engage with high-profile projects while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

What Does the Role Entail?

As a Project Implementation Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle-from inception to closure. You will manage key aspects of project success, including scope, budget, timeline, risk, and issue management while acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across internal teams, external vendors, and senior leadership. You will lead SaaS-based system rollouts using agile, waterfall, and scrum methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Once the nCino project concludes, you will also take on branch-related projects as our client explores opportunities around their branch license with regulators.

What Skills Will You Have?

You will ideally have project management experience within the banking, financial services, or fintech sectors, along with hands-on experience managing SaaS implementations. Certification in project management or a related field is essential, and familiarity with nCino and Salesforce is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are key to success in this role. You will work under pressure and need to meet critical deadlines. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to stakeholder management, ensuring project goals are delivered while maintaining compliance with FCA and PRA conduct rules.
