Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic S4 Hana Public Cloud Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading ERP projects, with extensive experience in SAP solutions, project management methodologies, and the use of SharePoint tools for project collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to define project goals, scope, and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risks.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and technical experts.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Change Management: Oversee the change management process, ensuring proper communication, training, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud systems within the organization.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of project deliverables by working closely with quality assurance teams to ensure they meet or exceed standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency, and maintaining all project documentation on SharePoint for easy access and collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement and monitor best practices in project management and SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on continuous improvement for future projects.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP, with a strong background in ERP project management, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading large-scale ERP implementations, ideally in a public cloud environment.
• Project Management Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.) and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, modules, and integration points.
  • Knowledge of business processes and best practices within the SAP ecosystem.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master certification, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with other SAP solutions and modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba).
• Experience with global or multi-site SAP deployments.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework or other IT service management best practices.
