About the Role

In this position, you'll work with digital experts from diverse disciplines-including researchers, engineers, designers, and strategists-to create impactful services and experiences for our clients. You'll lead the design of end-to-end service solutions that combine digital products, touchpoints, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours across complex journeys.
  • Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and other artefacts to visualise end-to-end service experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and propose innovative design solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable service goals and integrate design decisions across layers like process, policy, data, and technology.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with users and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback to refine and improve service experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service design.
What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in service design, creating artefacts like service blueprints and journey maps.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts visually and verbally.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect people, processes, and technology.
  • Familiarity with agile and iterative design processes.
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep empathy for end-users.
