What you'll do:

As a ServiceNow Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic oversight for the design, development, modification, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and developers while also delivering presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow roadmaps that align with business strategy. Your role will also involve providing technical guidance, support and training to other team members. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing ServiceNow upgrades and patches as well as designing and deploying CMDB, CMDB discovery and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concepts.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will bring advanced experience in configuring, implementing, and developing functionality across various ServiceNow modules. You should possess technical knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM functional area along with experience working directly with customers to gather business requirements. Your background should include designing business functions, processes and information flow within or between systems. A strong understanding of ServiceNow Development and Administration techniques is essential. Furthermore, you should have experience implementing integrations of ServiceNow to external systems. A minimum of 5 to 7 years' hands-on work experience with ServiceNow Development or Management is required.
