What You Can Expect

Main Responsibilities as a ServiceNow Delivery Manager - SC Cleared

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure service projects, ensuring they meet scope, time and budget requirements.
  • Managing a series of ServiceNow Integration and Implementation based projects for a pivotal end client.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Manage the projects P&L, identifying opportunity for revenue growth and margin optimisation.
  • Prioritising client satisfaction by identifying appropriate solutions that address their needs and concerns.
  • Evaluating and implementing service improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Defining and driving project governance, managing risk and issues.
  • Aligning program deliverables with broader business objectives to ensure outcomes are achieved.
  • Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to deliver support services to the client.
  • Develop and implement long term strategic objectives for the IT support function.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Candidates MUST have active SC Clearance, this is essential.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow including ITSM, ITOM and Integration.
  • Experience leading and coaching technical and project teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering infrastructure service projects.
  • A background working in a consultancy or public sector would be desirable.
  • ServiceNow certifications would be preferred.
