Role
Working Mon-Fri from their Piccadilly Circus offices, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of their flagship Suite SaaS products. Their ideal candidate will have a robust technical background with experience in delivering Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure product SaaS solutions, along with deep experience in AI and machine learning systems. The successful candidate should be proficient in agile delivery methodologies and have a proven track record of managing complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for their Suite of SaaS products, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Implement and oversee agile delivery methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to align project goals and deliverables.
Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of GCP and Azure to plan, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions. Drive integration and implementation of AI and ML systems within a product suite. Ensure robust data security and compliance measures are in place, aligning with industry standards.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide technical teams to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide technical and strategic leadership, ensuring that project teams understand requirements and objectives. Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to address project risks and issues promptly.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables align with business objectives. Present project updates and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Required
Extensive experience in managing technical projects with a focus on cloud platforms (GCP and Azure).
Expertise in AI and ML systems, with a strong understanding of their application in SaaS products.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in an agile environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Desired
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and integrations.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
