Are you a skilled AV Field Service Engineer with experience in videoconferencing (VC) systems? Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge AV and collaboration solutions, is looking for a talented engineer to join their team.



The Role:

As an AV Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a range of AV and VC solutions at client sites across London and beyond. You'll work with leading technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Crestron, Extron, AMX, and more.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair faults in AV and VC systems, including MTR, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, and Poly solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and system upgrades.
  • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and training for clients.
  • Ensure all work is completed to high industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.
  • Travel as required to client sites across London and occasionally further afield.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an AV/VC Field Service Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, and other VC platforms.
  • Experience with AV control systems such as Crestron, Extron, and AMX.
  • Solid troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
