Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AV Service Engineer to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for attending service and preventative maintenance visits for our clients, as well as carrying out occasional commissioning work. Your primary goal will be to minimise downtime for our clients within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend service calls to diagnose and resolve AV & broadcast system faults.
- Carry out pro-active preventative maintenance visits.
- Carry out basic commissioning of AV and broadcast equipment.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting network related issues.
- Act as the point of contact for clients when on site, keeping them informed of any progress.
- Troubleshoot control system and DSP issues.
- Keep service documentation up to date.
Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in the UK and have been a UK resident for at least 4 years.
- Must be willing and able to pass a clean DBS check and security clearance to work on government sites.
- Good knowledge of control systems, audio DSPS and broadcast systems such as Dante, Crestron, Extron, QSYS, Ross and Blackmagic.
- Strong IT knowledge (Certificates in CCNA would be a massive plus).
- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Salary: £32K - £45K DOE.
