PM Receptionist (Part-Time)

Location: Secondary School, Greenwich

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

TimePlan Education are working with a fantastic secondary school in Greenwich to recruit a PM Receptionist for a part-time role. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised individual to join a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Key Duties:

Managing the school's front desk from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily.

Welcoming and assisting visitors, parents, and students with professionalism.

Answering telephone calls, managing inquiries, and ensuring messages are passed on promptly.

Using Bromcom to update and maintain records and communications.

Supporting administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

Assisting with school events, including occasional evening cover (e.g., Thursdays until 8:00 PM).

Requirements:

Experience with Bromcom is essential.

Flexibility to work additional hours when required, particularly during school events.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.

A proactive, organised, and professional attitude.
