This role combines front-desk responsibilities with general administrative support. Key duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional approach, addressing their inquiries efficiently
  • Ensure the reception area always remains tidy and well-organised
  • Answer incoming calls, handle messages, and respond to queries efficiently
  • Coordinate courier bookings and oversee meeting room schedules to ensure seamless operation
