Receptionist Salary: 27,500 - 29,500

Based in White City

Office Based Role - Mon - Thur 8am - 5pm / Fri 8am-4.30pm

An establish property development company are looking for a Receptionist for their office based in White City. You will be responsible for responsible for ensuring seamless office operations and support. Looking for an experienced Receptionist who has excellent organisation skills and communication skills and has proven experience working within a front of house/reception role as well as administration support.

Duties Included:

  • Managing calls and coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Assisting PA to MD with administrative duties and office management.
  • Diary coordinating team schedules and booking meetings
  • Organising meeting refreshments as needed
  • Maintaining reception and meeting room presentation
  • Updating project directories and office seating plans to be disturbed internally
  • Handling document preparation for meetings
  • Liaising with external consultants and contractors
  • Ordering stationary and monitoring stock levels
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Coordinating corporate mobile phones including ordering, tracking, raising purchase order numbers and invoices
  • Support Commercial and Technical teams with filing systems, holiday management with filing systems, and onboarding new hires

Experience Required:

  • Previous front of house/reception experience
  • Strong ability to network and quickly build a rapport with team members and sub-contractors
  • Methodical approach to workload, with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills, with good ability to prioritise and manage expectations effectively
  • Able to demonstrate discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
