Location: Woolwich

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, (1 hour unpaid lunch) Monday to Friday (Office-based)

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our client's team in Woolwich. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organisation. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Setting up board meetings
  • Ensure stationary is fully stocked for office and site team and order when required
  • Manage and distribute live project information through the in-house system
  • Provide support and assistance to departments with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
