Kintec is recruiting for an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for a permanent position in the production operations sector. The role offers a competitive net salary of £120k plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient and safe operation of offshore facilities, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage daily operations of production, ensuring maximum uptime and smooth functioning of equipment and processes.
  • Lead and supervise a team of offshore professionals, ensuring coordination across departments such as engineering, operations, and maintenance.
  • Monitor asset integrity, process safety, and maintenance activities to prevent downtime and operational delays.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed to maintain high standards in offshore operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (essential).
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the oil production industry, with extensive exposure to large processing facilities and major oil and gas companies.
