Senior Garment Technician

Hours: 42.5 per week

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing products that reflect the brand's commitment to quality and style. You'll work closely with the Design and Buying teams to oversee the garment development process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless journey from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to create and update specification sheets in line with new design packs.
Develop standardised fits for core styles and classics, ensuring a perfect match for the brand's vision.
Organise and manage fit meetings, working alongside the senior garment technologist and buying team.
Liaise with suppliers, providing them with technical data and feedback on fit adjustments.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all garments meet the required standards before they hit the stores.
What We're Looking For:
A detailed understanding of garment design and production processes.
Experience working with a wide range of garment types and diverse manufacturing operations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead fit sessions effectively.
A passion for product and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work collaboratively across various teams to achieve a shared goal.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with global factories/suppliers and willingness to travel.
Multi-product experience in garment manufacturing.
