We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at our client'svibrant three-star hotel in Kensington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas to ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment for all our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities.
  • Sanitize bathrooms, restock toiletries, and maintain bathroom cleanliness to the highest standards.
  • Assist in keeping public areas clean and tidy, including hallways, lounges, and lobbies.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures for health, safety, and security, including safely handling cleaning chemicals.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to management for timely repairs.
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy of guest information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
