Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Package Manager to their team to work on building envelope packages on HS2. You will be responsible for delivering multiple assets, from pre construction through to delivery. It is essential that you have experience managing NEC contracts and subcontract designs, preferably on a major project.

Requirements:
路Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering
路Experience managing building envelope packages (roofing, cladding etc), preferably on major projects
路Experience of managing NEC Subcontracts, preferably option A and E subcontracts
路Experience of managing subcontract detailed design
路Experience of working on major projects
路Experience working at project manager level
路Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor
路Experience working on green roofs and scheme handover preferred
路CSCS and SMSTS
