The role:
- Project Leadership - Overseeing transport planning projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and managing staff resources effectively.
- Client & Business Development - Building strong client relationships, securing new work streams, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Technical Oversight - Approving transport assessments, travel plans, and infrastructure-related documentation.
- Financial & Commercial Management - Managing project budgets, invoicing, change control, and ensuring profitability.
- Team Development - Supporting, mentoring, and appraising junior staff to promote professional growth.
- Regulatory Compliance - Adhering to Health & Safety and CDM regulations where applicable.
- Expert Witness & Strategic Advice - Providing expert transport planning advice and representing the company in planning inquiries when required.
