About Our Client:
Our client is a leading UK construction firm specialising in affordable housing, residential development, and regeneration projects. They partner with housing associations, local authorities, and private developers to create sustainable, mixed-use communities.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Construction Planner with extensive experience in residential and mixed-use schemes (over £40M), to manage multiple live projects and tenders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in site management, project management, or site engineering.
- Experience in managing large residential schemes and housing projects.
- Strong ability to handle tenders and live schemes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in JCT contracts (D&B experience is desirable).
- Ability to produce tender programmes and detailed DPC programmes with minimal guidance.
- Experience with 2-stage tenders and Gateway sign-offs.
- Familiarity with Passive House construction (desirable, but not essential).
- Skilled in ASTA Powerproject (MSP is a plus).
- Valid CSCS card and driving license required.
