SENIOR OR ASSOCIATE TOWN PLANNER

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a talented and ambitious Senior/Associate Town Planner to join a well-established planning practice in central London.

About the Company:

My client is a well renowned and leading London based independent planning consultancy, providing informed and effective service to designers, landowners, and developers. This dynamic and busy practice works on a wide array of projects that range in complexity. They have been established and in operation for over 50 years.

Duties of the role:

  • Managing a range of planning applications, appeals and pre-application enquiries.
  • Assessing planning applications and monitoring outcomes.
  • Researching and designing planning policies to guide development.
  • Undertaking regular community engagement and committee meetings.
  • Communicating with all stakeholders involves in the planning process.
  • Supporting junior team members where required.

About you:

The ideal applicant for this position will hold a degree in planning or a relative field of study. MRTPI chartered or working towards the APC, as well as previous experience of 3+ years in a planning role required. Ideally a private sector background, however public sector considered for the right candidate. We are seeking a positive, energetic, can-do attitude!
