Pyramid Recruitment are working with a long-established client based in Park Royal who are looking to add a Transport Administrator to their team

Reporting directly to the Transport Manager you will be responsible for the daily processing of administrative tasks which include accurately recording all commercial vehicle details in our fleet, tracking maintenance and services and booking in required checks, liaising with drivers on a regular basis and building strong relationships to ensure information is communicated within the team.

You will be required to undertake all licence checks for drivers, order/cancel fuel cards, take ownership of our penalty charge process, keep up to date records for vehicle tax, MOT and service data and be the first point of contact for all related queries from our drivers. Other duties may include, filing, reviewing invoices, compiling statistic activity reports and data entry,.

This is a varied role which requires someone with excellent administrative, time management and PC literacy skills especially a high level of Excel knowledge. You must have worked in a busy office environment previously and be able to show us how your skills align with this role. Experience in transport or logistics would be advantageous. This position is full time, temp to perm role. Working Monday to Friday
