Job Description:

In this role, you will ensure top-tier sales and service, oversee key accounts and promote holiday sales with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.

• Deliver excellent service to new and existing clients, ensuring effective account conversion and retention via phone, email, and in-person
• Design personalized itineraries aligned with client's budget
• Strive to exceed sales goals
• Stay informed on specialist products through research and information sharing within the team
• Follow-up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and build opportunities for repeat bookings

Experience Required:

• Must have 5 years of experience in the same or similar role selling North Africa and the Middle East
• Excellent knowledge of North Africa and the Middle East, with a focus on Egypt, Jordan, Oman, and Morocco
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results within set timeframes
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, personable approach with the ability to build strong relationships
• Must have travelled to Egypt
