Job Description:

Providing outstanding service, managing key accounts, and selling holidays with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.

  • Engage with clients across all channels to secure new bookings and build relationships
  • Create and price bespoke travel itineraries tailored to client preferences
  • Focus on customer retention and achieving sales targets
  • Ensure accurate preparation and delivery of travel documents by co-ordinating with the Service Team
  • Follow up with client’s post-travel to gather feedback and nurture future booking opportunities
  • Conduct destination research to keep information on hotels, activities and experiences up to date
  • Contribute ideas for social media, marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive engagement

Experience Required:

  • Strong passion for and in-depth knowledge of European destinations, particularly Norway and Iceland
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within set timeframes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, personable approach with the ability to build strong relationships
