We are working with a leading global entertainment company to find a highly organised and experienced Travel Manager to join their busy Global Travel Services team. This role will focus on delivering cost-effective, user-centric, safety-focused, and regulatory-compliant travel solutions to the global team.

Ideally candidates will have a solid background in managing travel on a multinational scale with strong knowledge of TMC/GDS/OBT and a GBTA/CIPS qualification. Candidates will also ideally have worked in a creative / entertainment environment

String communication skills are essential as this role will involve working closely with Senior stakeholders, presenting reports and being involved in meetings, events and conferences.

Duties will include -

Travel Program Management

Streamline global travel services for employees, balancing regional needs with continuous improvement.

Operational Oversight

Administer travel policies, systems, and processes with key stakeholders to ensure efficiency.

Cost Efficiency

Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation and performance review, while driving cost-saving strategies.

Employee Experience

Standardise policies and processes to provide equitable travel experiences across all locations.

Duty of Care

Strengthen safety, tracking, communication, and risk management to uphold employee well-being.

Compliance

Ensure adherence to travel regulations, including GDPR, immigration, and post-Brexit requirements.

Collaboration

Support cross-departmental initiatives with teams such as FinSys, DEI, Accounting, and Business Continuity.

This role will be office based 2- 3 days a week and wfh 1-2 days a week.
