An Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant is needed for a growing business travel company, and the position is home-based.
The role requires a minimum of several years of experience as a business travel consultant, with strong knowledge of Galileo and manual ticket re-issuance.
The salary for this position is £34,000, with additional pay uplifts of 10% for shifts between 20:00 and 22:00, and 15% for shifts between 22:00 and 23:00.
Responsibilities include managing bookings for a variety of clients, including banks and entertainment companies, and providing excellent customer service.
The position includes a two-week paid training in Birmingham and offers 25 days of holiday, with one weekend of work required each month.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - Homeworker Required for an expanding business travel company. They are looking for a very experienced business travel consultant with strong Galileo and manual ticket re-issue experience to join the team. Paying £34K + shift uplift pay.Out of Hours Business Travel Consultants - duties:

Dealing with a range of clients ranging from Banks, insurance companies to high profile entertainment clients both in the UK and USA.
Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels using Galileo.
Problem solving, making amendments, dates changes, re-issues etc.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - Skills required:

Strong business Travel consultant experience
Great Galileo knowledge is essential.
Experience with reissuing manual tickets is essential
Outstanding Customer Service skills

Home based
Training - 2 weeks in Birmingham (paid for)
Paying £34K + 10% pay uplift between 20.00 - 22.00 and 15% pay uplift between 22.00 - 23.00
Working hours - 07.00 - 23.00
1 weekend per month
25 days holiday
