Job Description:

In this role, you will craft inspiring, tailor-made luxury holidays across Europe, taking full ownership of the sales process to create exceptional travel experiences for discerning guests.

  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to post-travel follow-up, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting enquiries into bookings through expert product knowledge and effective sales techniques
  • Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining regular contact with guests before, during, and after their trip to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare accurate and detailed travel documentation, including quotations, itineraries, invoices, and pre-departure materials
  • Handle guest enquiries efficiently, demonstrating excellent listening skills to tailor luxury, tailor-made holidays to individual needs
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and guest relations, to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Manage flight bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel regulations using Travelport or similar systems
  • Participate in training and familiarisation trips, sharing insights with colleagues and updating product knowledge
  • Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events, both in the UK and internationally, to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Monitor feedback and resolve issues proactively, working with guest relations to address concerns and maintain high service standards

Experience Required:

  • Must have travel industry experience in the same or a similar role, with extensive knowledge of European destinations and a strong background in travel sales
  • Sales-driven mindset with a keen eye for numbers and a proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings
  • Exceptional communication skills, including an enthusiastic and professional telephone manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations
