Expertly managing the consultation, coordination, presentation, and delivery of tailored trips.

• Knowledge of global destinations for anticipated and on-demand client inquiries
• Serve as the primary travel specialist
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to design customised itineraries

Experience Required:

• 5 years of proven experience working with Ultra High - Net Worth clients for a tailor made tour operator (Our customer will not consider applications from concierge travel company employees that do not have tailor made tour operator experience)
• Excellent knowledge of global luxury destinations and the logistics to get there
• Experience booking private jet travel as well as first class commercial
• Able to think out of the box to go over and above the customers expectations
• Happy to manage the full 360 customer cycle planning, executing, delivering exceptional journeys
• Excellent administrator with an eye for detail
• Highly organised
